Dated April 15^th 1903, received from Mess. A.B. Cunningham & Co Philadelphia $95.00 for purchase of  50.00 Cuban Leaf, 50.00 Iron Ring. Bought from M.J. Baun of Kinzers PA. 

Cunningham & Co. were wholesale dealers in tobacco and cigars.

Two filing holes at top. Vertical and horizontal folds. Some toning on front and on folds.
